About Green Estate Realty and Development Corporation Green Estate Realty and Development Corporation is a Filipino owned corporation formed and duly registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 22, 1999. It primarily engaged in realty and development of housing projects in the province of Pangasinan. With the help of the corporation's sales force and management staff, the corporation then expanded and still continues to expand its projects and developments. From selling subdivision lots to venturing into low-cost housing thru PAG-IBIG, the firm expanded its market so more families will be able to afford to own their own house. For the movement towards greener environment and corporate social responsibility, GERDC commits into taking care of its natural resources, thus maintaining a healthy environment not only for the home-owners, but also for everyone around and for the future individuals to come.
